Mark Rhodes | President
As president of InterMedia since its inception in 1996, Mark has overseen the brisk expansion of the company from its original focus on the former Soviet region to its current global reach. He has been at the forefront of InterMedia's strategic growth in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Mark has 25 years of experience in international audience research, beginning as an analyst for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s Soviet Area Audience and Opinion Research Office. He has been involved in all aspects of the research process, from designing projects and conducting interviews to analyzing results and presenting the findings.
Susan Gigli | Chief Operating Officer
Susan, another founding member of InterMedia, handles overall company management and strategic planning. She has been instrumental in expanding the geographic scope, methodological approaches and strategic application of the company’s research and evaluation expertise in international communications. Susan holds a Master’s of International Affairs from Columbia University and is fluent in Russian and Italian.
Alex Wooley | Vice President, Communications and Development
Alex is responsible for new client relations, the development of new products and services, and external communications. He brings to InterMedia more than 14 years’ experience in strategic communications and development with national organizations, three universities, and the Canadian International Development Agency. A former British naval officer, Alex has an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University, a B.A. in History from Carleton University in Canada, and is also a graduate of the Britannia Royal Naval College, United Kingdom. He is competent in French.
Peter Goldstein | Director, Online Communications
Peter supervises all editorial and technical operations of the AudienceScapes website as well as other new media initiatives. Peter previously was a senior editor at Kiplinger and European editor at WSJ.com, the online Wall Street Journal. He holds a Masters Degree in African studies from Johns Hopkins and is fluent in French.
